These Terms govern your use of Reelmint AI (“Reelmint”, “the tool”). By using Reelmint you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

1. What Reelmint is

Reelmint is a personal software tool that generates short‑form videos using AI and publishes them to the user's own connected social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). It is provided for the user's own content creation.

2. Your responsibilities

You must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of every platform you connect (YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok), and with all applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish, and you must have the rights to any topic, footage, music, or material it includes.
You will not use Reelmint to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by the connected platforms.
You will only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

3. AI‑generated content

Video scripts, visuals, and audio may be produced by automated AI systems and can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published where appropriate, and for disclosing AI‑generated or altered content when the relevant platform requires it.

4. Third‑party platforms & services

Reelmint relies on third‑party APIs and services (including the YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, and AI providers). Your use of those is subject to their respective terms, and their availability or behavior is outside our control.

5. No warranty

Reelmint is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, reach, or account access, arising from your use of the tool.

7. Termination

You may stop using Reelmint and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may modify or discontinue the tool at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
